A hungry fox looking for food entered vine-yard.

He saw bunch of grapes hanging from the Vine.

He tried again and again-no success-went away saying grapes are sour.

Story. It was a hot summer day. A fox was very hungry. He was roaming in search of food; he passed by a vine-yard and came across a grapevine.

There were a lot of grapes hanging from the vine- The grapes were big and ripe. His mouth watered at the sight of juicy grapes.

He wanted to appease his hunger by eating them the fox started to climb to reach the bunch of grapes and pluck them.

He made a flying leap at the round and big grapes from a distance. Unluckily, he fell short and bounced on the ground, ultimately he failed to reach the grapes.

The next time he made a more strong attempt to bounce higher at the grapes. Unfortunately, he missed again and met a similar fate.

The fox made several more attempts to succeed in reaching out to the grapes.

Unsuccessful he was in all his endeavor.

All his attempts had ended in smoke being dead tired, the fox decided to leave the vine-yard.

A Mynah was watching him from afar. She asked the fox, why are you going away without eating the juicy grapes.

The fox felt humiliated and ashamed He dare not accept his failures. In angry dismay, he said, ‘These grapes are sour.

That’s why I won’t eat them even grapes felt right into my mouth. Saying this he scurried (walked) away. The Mynah had a hearty laugh.

Moral: It is no use finding fault with something you can’t get.

Lesson: Cunning people always lie.

Virtue: Beware of Cunning people, they won’t reveal their weakness to you.
